I started my plant-based journey back in 2017 when I went “part-time vegetarian” — i.e. i would only cook vegetarian but if i went out with friends i would eat meat. Then in 2018 i went fully vegetarian, and then fully vegan in 2021. Everyone’s path looks different, it’s totally okay to not go 0 - 100% vegan!
